Patrick Groves joined CMS (formerly Nabarro) in 2011 and is a Partner in their Funds and Indirect Real Assets team in London. He advises managers and investors on all aspects of indirect transactions, with an emphasis on fund structuring and advisory work across the real estate, private equity, debt and alternatives space.

Emma Jack is an executive director with PGIM Real Estate and head of portfolio management for Asia Pacific debt strategies. Emma is responsible for the development and implementation of debt strategies across the region. Emma is a member of the Asia Pacific Debt Investment Committee and the Asia Investment Grade Sub-Committee.

Previously, Emma was head of originations for European debt responsible for new business across our full range of debt products in Europe.

Emma joined PGIM Real Estate in 2017 with over 10 years in the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to her role at PGIM, Emma was a partner at AgFe, managing investments across direct real estate lending, loan-on-loan, CMBS and B-notes across the UK and mainland Europe. Earlier in her career, Emma worked in the Real Estate Private Equity team at Lehman Brothers, covering both mezzanine and equity investments

Emma received her bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics. Emma is Swedish and has lived and worked in Sweden, France and the UK.

Tom Goodwin

Tom Goodwin

Senior Real Estate Investment Research Specialist, Mercer

Tom Goodwin is a Principal in the Real Estate Investment Team at Mercer Alternatives and responsible for the investment and research coverage of European and UK real estate strategies, with a focus on long-income and real estate debt. Since joining Mercer in 2014 he has obtained the IMC and the CFA designation.
