Our final session of the day consists of three breakout groups that will focus on a different part of the real estate fund ecosystem.  These breakout sessions will all take the form of workshops, with a short presentation to start, followed by an opportunity for delegates to put this new found knowledge in to practice.  Delegates should book on one session only.

Capital Raising

This breakout group will focus on a deep dive into clients real estate appetite and capital raising.  Small discussion groups will be given a short presentation on investor requirements, they will then be asked to discuss and decide on a proposed real estate product to fit a specific investors needs.

Carine Packer

Product Manager, Schroders

Carine is a Product Manager at Schroders Capital. In her role she supports the UK team with strategic and ongoing client and product management. Prior to this Carine was at CBRE Investment Management and Aviva Investors as a Product Specialist covering long income, European logistics and European value-add strategies.

Carine graduated from the University of Nottingham with a LLB in Law with South East Asian Law.

Will joined the Townsend Group as an Analyst in April 2021, after completing the MSc, Real Estate at Henley Business School.
